The Salvocorp UAE team assisted in creating a spectacular space for the hugely popular and brand new car museum and café, DRVN by Porsche, based in Bluewaters Island, Dubai.
Solid surfaces in Aspen Concrete were used to create a natural and minimalistic reception area, as well as countertops and edging for the food bars – and the all-day breakfast counter!

HOW OUR SOLID SURFACES WERE USED IN THIS ROTATING CAR CAFE
DRVN is a modern car museum with a twist. At the centerpiece, you will find an everchanging and rotating showcase of vintage and premium Porsche’s, which are designed to be enjoyed while you sip on rich coffees and delight in their Neapolitan menu.
Salvocorp UAE and Green Hills Marble Scratch & Cutting Co LLC used solid surfaces for the reception area of this cafe, as well as the restaurant bars and counterops. The Aspen concrete provides a neutral but textural experience to the space, creating a minimalistic and clean backdrop that allows the cars to take centre stage.
Solid surfaces are an ideal material for high-traffic areas such as cafes and restaurants as they are scratch and impact resistant. Due to the homogenous nature of this surface, they are highly hygienic, and easy to sanitise and maintain. Sheets can also be thermoformed to suit any design, and there are over 100 colours and finishes to choose from.
